I do run a lot, and maybe that’s my way to keep sane and motivated. Most of my runs are uploaded on either Endomondo or Garmin Connect, and here you can see most of my training passes.

I started running in 2007, and was just trying to get in shape, and I was pushing way to hard and got an injury that stopped me from running, I ran 425 km that year, in 2008 is was pretty much the same story, knee problems
